Fierce Alumni Dominate All-FCIAC Honors
There are many familiar names on the 2022-2023 All-FCIAC Boys Basketball teams.
Long-time Fierce legend Jack Plesser took home the highly-coveted Player of the Year award. This accolade goes to only one player each season, and Jack was voted most outstanding in a league full of talented student athletes. Jack also was included on the All-FCIAC First Team along with Trumbull’s Sean Racette, who played with Fierce in 7th grade.
Evan Kozdeba of Ridgefield High School doubled down with All-FCIAC Second Team AND All-Defensive Team honors. Evan was a Fierce standout in 6th grade.
David Melson of Fairfield Warde received well-deserved All-FCIAC Second Team honors as well. David was a shooting star for Fierce in 5th grade.
Luca Antonio of Trumbull played with Fierce in 7th grade and you can find his name on the All-FCIAC Third Team.
Oh, and Jordan Katz of Ridgefield (and their team captain) was listed as a “Top Player” in CT Insider’s 2023 FCIAC Boys Basketball Tournament Outlook.
Proud of all of our Fierce alum for how far they have come!
